المشد جداً مناسب من يوم ما لبسته عالج لي إصابة shin splint في أقل من أسبوع.. مريح جداً في اللبس.. من جهة الفخذ ماسك المشد مايتزحلق ثابت لأنه فيه مانع للانزلاق.. بالنسبة للمقاس انا اخذت المقاس الأصغر.. يعني انا قست جهة الفخذ على حسب تعليماتهم وطلع ٢٦ انش يعني المفترض اخذ إكس لارج لكن أخذت لارج وطلع المقاس جداً ممتاز ومناسب.. انصح اللي بيشتريه ياخذ مقاس أصغر من مقاسه بمقياس واحد.

I am 5'8 190lbs. Very average sized thighs, measured 21" where I ran the tape and I ordered the LARGE size. They fit very snug at the top of my thighs, almost to my groin and run all the way down to just below my fairly small calves. My inseam on jeans is 30". At the bottom they are the least compressed part of the sleeve, but not loose. The weight of these is really what I was looking for as the other attempts at compression gear (tights) were really just like long underwear almost, and provided little compression, where these sleeves provide intense compression while still being quite comfortable. I had double knee replacement 13 months ago and am still experiencing some pain and stiffness so looking to these to continue and enhance my rehabilitation. I can comfortably wear them all night while I sleep and have noticed an improvement after only a few days. To recap, the LARGE is a good fit based on my measurements. Could probably even go to XL if less compression was desired, but highly doubt MEDIUM would fit at all.

Rarely do I write bad reviews, but I spent so much time looking for the right compression sleeves for me that I maybe thought I could save the next person some time. I followed the size guide and measured my thigh at 24” so I got the XL which supposedly taps out at 22”. I was thinking it would be a little bit extra compressing, but I was definitely wrong, it felt like a loose pair of boxer briefs. It was also way too short compared to the pictures that are advertised (I’m also 6’1, so maybe if you’re shorter it’ll fit you better) but the thing that was the most odd was that it flared out at the bottom (see picture), which is the total opposite of what I wanted. Returned immediately. Maybe, I just got a bad pair? Hope this review saves somebody some time.

I am sized 19.5 inches at my upper thigh, height 5’ 1’’, according to the chart I should be purchasing XL, after read all the reviews, I decided to go for L. I was disappointed because it would be a perfect pair of leg warmer, but no compression whatsoever. After contacting customer service, they sent me size medium, so far I am super satisfied with the product, right size, and provide great support during workout and relief after running. The quality is great. I feel the sizing chart needed to be adjusted, so they don’t end up losing money... Also, the length is perfect. I was worried it would be too long for my height, turn out it is just at right length. It ends at lower 1/3 of my lower leg and 3-4 inches to my groin. It is perfect.

Ok, here is the deal. I am going to be 55 October 12th. I have had a lifetime of ups and downs with my exercise programs and even became a smoker for a few years unfortunately. I have quit smoking for about a year and 8 months, maintained a consistent and rigorous program in weights, calisthenics, bicycling, running and my first love basketball. I have gotten your knee sleeves for both knees and utilize primarily for running and they are excellent and all I can say is you did it AGAIN!!!! Lol, seriously, I love the leg sleeves fit form and function. Very comfortable, and the thickness will be great for winter running. Thanks again, and if you feel like a birthday gift your elbow sleeves look really awesome (wink, wink).
