I stay up way too late and drink water and tea. My bad. Night does have a great impact on falling back to sleep in the middle of the night, smoothly and waking up with no drag or drowsiness. I know if i stop drinking water before bed it would keep me deeply sleeping and dreaming but at least it gets me back there after the bathroom run at 3:30 am. Love that it’s healthy anyway. This group of hackers has some amazing stuff. The other products I use are nothing short of amazing.

I bought this because it claimed to help me sleep throughout the night. The first ( and only) time I took the supplement I woke up 2 hours after I went to sleep. I woke up in a panic due to a nightmare. I went back to sleep and woke up again in about 2 hours. I felt woosey. I stayed awake for about an hour before I fell back asleep. I woke up again about an hour later. My sleep was not restful or continuous as the supplement was advertised. Also just an FYI, each dosage is 4 capsules and there are only 20 capsules per bottle. This supplement is NOT returnable or refundable.

I tend to have a sensitive stomach and this caused belching issues for me. Instead of helping me with my sleep, it interfered. I gave it 4 stars because I have done some research on this company and they make good products. Just for me, this product did not work.

My adult son who lives with me has major sleep issues. He was supposed to have a sleep study done at VA, but the doctor got carried away with the fact that he had been on Ambien and just lectured him about how evil it is. Maybe next time he'll listen to him about his nightmares and have the sleep study done. He is the reason I ordered this Qualia Night Sleep Aid. The first night, I saw the bottles sitting out on the kitchen counter, so I asked if he tried them.My son asked if it were expensive. I said that it was pretty steep, but if it will help him we'll pay for it. He said that it said to take up to four tablets, so he didn't know what to do. I told him to start with one and work his way up if he needs to. Unfortunately, he hasn't reached a level where it is assisting him with his sleep. He has been on it for several days with no improvement in his sleep patterns. The is very disappointing. I so wanted to help him find a medication that would truly help him. Both of us wanted it to work, but it hasn't. We'll keep trying until these two bottles are gone and hope for better progress. If he gets any aid for his sleep, I'll update this review. Otherwise, you'll know that it never worked for him. I'll let you decide whether you want to try it.

Works great to relax my body and mind preparing me for a restful nites rest. Definitely recommend.

This product has some excellent ingredients. It’s like taking a good multivitamin. Very fresh ingredients. I recommend taking them at least 3-4 hours with a light meal before going to sleep for it to work well.

Buyer beware you are paying for 10 total servings when you buy this! 20 capsules in each bottle with serving size listed at 4 capsules! So 4 dollars per serving!If I had known this, I wouldn’t have bought. Label in the images reads differently, very misleading and very expensive.
