ARTEZA Metallic Gouache Paint Set, 36 Colours, 12 ml Tubes, Water-Based Paint for Canvas and Paper, Art Supplies for Professionals, Students, and Kids

I have just used these Arteza Metallic Gouache paints for the first time today 7/10/23. I bought them way back in 11/12/21. Can't believe I waited so long to use them. I want to give a wooden wardrobe a makeover, (already painted white and affectionally named Cupboardy by my daughter ) and so did a small quick design on paper with these paints. They are stunningly beautiful, I gasped with amazement when I saw how reflective they are. So much choice with so many colours. I discovered you can layer the colours over each other for beautiful effects. I didn't want to waste the paint by squeezing it into a palette so just used a small damp brush to take the paint directly from the tube as I only needed tiny amounts. It can be used watered down and gives a lovely metallic wash. Now I have to get Arteza's Metallic Acrylic paints so I can do the real thing on the wardrobe with lotus leaves, blue lotus flowers plus wisteria hanging down, metallic hummingbirds and butterflies. I have just bought my daughter a set of these after telling her how beautiful they are. Even the box they come in is good quality, so smooth and tactile and the 36 colours in little trays of 6 fit in the box nicely. I have used ordinary gouache paints before for floral painting but these metallic ones will add something extra special to any artwork.A high quality product, highly recommended.

I love these paints . They look fantastic used just as metallic but also mix together for custom colours beautifully not just as metallic but wirh all my other shades . Definitely would buy again

These set of paints are very good the colours are amazing and quality is exceptional. Fantastic range of colours which have been well thought out, it gives a fantastic finish.

My daughter who is a young aspiring artist, absolutely loves them! She researched what would be the best paint for her as they have a metallic range which she loved. Now she has around 100 different shades of colour in acrylic and other types of paint. Their brushes are so much better than other sets you buy and are well worth the extra expense.

Another Arteza product to the collection. These paints are excellent quality, great value. Easy to use. I am going to order again so that I have always got some. I love them.
