Q: Whats the difference between this and your white density roll? Is this better?

Our Classic Bonded Filter pads have an open fiber network which traps small to large particles; our Premium Filter Pads have a layer to trap small and large particles as well as a dense bottom layer which traps fine particles. Classic pads keep most aquarium water clear and last much longer between rinses and replacements. Premium pads will keep your water crystal clear of free floating particles but since it traps more debris from the aquarium water, it may need to be rinsed and changed more often. Q: Will this product float and remain floating, not become waterlogged over time?

No this is filter media, it is designed to have water passing thru it, so it can catch the dirty bits.. Just setting it in a tank or pond, it will soak up water, and probably sink, or float just below the surface, depending on if its anchored

Q: Hello, i was wanting a coarse and medium for my fx-6 filter? And then i was going to put one fine on top by itself.

Our ClassicBlue is our coarse filter media and we layer this with our FilterFirst Dual Density filter pad to trap medium to small particles.
