I order from this company before, but this time the flavor was completely awful. I don't know if it's bad or they missed a ingredient to it. It's sad there is no quality control. The seller should do better.

First off if you don’t workout this will do nothing for you... you have to exercise. Taste is pretty awful but I take this as well as a few other muscle growth supplements and after this I felt less chest congestion and loss of breath during long extended workouts. Recommend to add to your stack if you’re trying to cut works decently well.

Bought to get IGF1 benefits to general health - then noticed the product had turned my tongue black - probably the grape syrup used to mask bad taste - I was able to clean my tongue by hard brushing - but it also dyed my gums in places I can't brush between my teeth - Not Recommended !
