Keep the old attachment part.
Everything worked great, bolted right in and no problems.

Perfect fit.
The hose connections are identical to the original shock absorber. Length of shock is identical. These are not gas charged like original but ride, fit, and function are just like original equipment but at a much lower price.Reaching the top bolt to install is a little cramped but not a problem with the proper length socket extension.

Great valve
This is a good alternative if you don’t want to spend $1000.00 for factory shock replacement. The ride is very good on the Monroe alternative which is a return to old school shocks, which you have to inflate manually to adjust for load. For everyday driving a pressure of about 25lbs gives the car a nice ride.So far I am very happy with the product. There is an airline kit you need to buy to make the air shocks work. This kit is made of plastic and at least on my kit I had trouble with it holding air. I added a brass extension to it and it’s working just fine now. I would encourage Monroe to offer the same kit with brass fittings, it would be worth a few extra bucks. The only other thing you will need to address is a warning sensor that will come on, telling you to fix your ride controller. There are several ways to disconnect that warning signal, you just have to pick the one that works best for you.

They fit VPG Mv-1
The media could not be loaded. Great product for the money. Simple install fit and functioned with my factory air ride. 2014 vpg mv-1

buyers beware
These shocks do not perform as advertised they will not maintain air pressure i filled them with 50 pounds of air and in a couple of hours it leaked out i have actually used these in the past with good results but it appears as if the craftsmanship has really gone down with this particular brand it should be noted that i did check all my lines for leakage.
