Normally you can use over 200 hrs for daily basic use. All the use time will depend on the environment and the weather. It can be more time or less because of the Temperature and Humidity. But anyway, you can use around 18 days for 10hrs/day use time.

Q: Can theses be comfortably worn with glasses

Yes, it is fine with glasses. You just have to either put the glasses on after placing the amplifier in your ear or raise the glasses side piece up and slip the amplifier on your ear and into your ear. Turn it on and adjust after you let glasses side piece sit on top of plastic tube.

Q: the battery tray doesnt want to open only halfway ant suggestions

The battery tray in my Britzgo opens just far enough to allow removal and replacement of the battery. I thinks that is all that is required.
