Very Poor quality and service from Amazon and FILA... Avoid
Purchased last year after returning from holiday and realised my wonderful IT bag was falling apart. When I started packing my nice New FILA bag found that the zip wasn't properly stitched. Too late for Amazon return ( only 30 days), they say deal with manufacturer. But FILA not interested, they say deal with seller. Had to repair bag myself with fishing line and super glue, held ok for outbound trip. Needless to say won't buy FILA again and will be suspicious of Amazon, if I get time will Investigate my consumer rights in the UK. In addition, although the bad is heavier (and clearly less robust) it holds a lot less than my previous IT bag. Shame that is no longer available!
