These stayed in place all night. They blocked out ambient noise well. Loud noises could still be heard but much less impactfully. They were a great help to sleeping. Much more comfortable than the foam kind since they fit over the ear canal instead of expanding inside of it. I was not bothered by animals running around on the roof or neighbors bumping around all night. These were a great purchase and especially because they are reusable. I've only needed one pair out of the pack, which I have used at least 5 times, and they're still good to stick on my ears. The economical aspect is a plus.

I live in a neighborhood that isn't super loud, but definitely has some activity at night every few days, which really messes with my sleep because I leave my windows open of my studio apartment gets really stuffy. I've tried other earplugs before --- the in-canal ones --- and they make my ears so sore that they hurt by morning. Plus, they always seem to fall out unless I really jam them in there.These are GREAT. They don't make my ears sore at all, and block enough sound to have allowed me to sleep through the night these last few days. And not a single time have they gotten loose or fallen out as I'm sleeping.I'm a big fan and will be buying the large pack so I can use these on the regular. Only qualm is that they have to be replaced so often, but they work so well that I will definitely keep using them. Highly recommend for sleeping!

This is a solid professionally crafted product that will keep your ears dry. The packaging is first rate. The plugs are malleable and I've used one set for a week of long showers without leakage. I'm a happy, repeat customer.

The ear plugs are very effective in blocking sound. I gave the review a 4 because we did not receive our first order. Amazon refunded our purchase and the second order came promptly

My doctor who had to do an ear surgery reccomened these for showers or in the pool. They ate easy to use, and nothing gets in the ear. I have to be careful because it could get infected so I needed somethi g the dr trusted. Highly reccomend these. 😉👂

This is a great product. I love it nothing can get the noise better than Mack’s. I have been using it for last 20 years and can not sleep at night without it. This product is also great when you are flying in the plain.My husband snors and using this totally slows me to not to hear him snoring and sleep well. Very safe for the health of your ears.

My husband absolutely loves these as he has tried many earplugs as he uses them to sleep at night but even using slim fit for small ear canals they start irritating his ears making them hurt and itch when he wakes up. So decided to give these a whirl amd to our surprise they are amazing!!! They mold perfectly to outside of his ear canal amd they don't loosen up or fall out and doesn't hurt his ears. He loves the fact can use several times before replacing with another one and not have to use a new one everyday. The price is great amd the product is great!! Lol his ears are thanking him!!! Will definitely keep buying these!!!
