Great size for workout room wall
Excellent stretches and additional ones that I did not know about. The back of the poster had a bonus poster of yoga positions which I thought was great, thank you very much!

Perfect addition to my home workout.
It came quickly with helpful instructions to help straightening out the rolled poster. Also to note, the poster is double sided, landscape and portrait . At first glance this seems useless until you realize the space your going to use it in. Brilliant. I’ve chosen to pick two to three stretches from each group, holding each one longer each time. It will fit into my suitcase for travel.

Great workout
Doing these stretches makes a huge difference. I feel better after stretching than I did after a workout with no stretching. I now stretch before and after my workout. 30 sec. is my goal but a minof 15 sec. This is a game changer for sure.

Great print quality but a little difficult to keep flat
Bought it for the office and the guys might make fun of it (we work in a construction office... I'm sure you can imagine the jokes)... but it was exactly what I ordered and the print is clear and easy to read. I was suprised that the lamination was very high quality for the price point!The only complaint that I have is that it arrived rolled up in a tube. It wasn't an issue at first but I've had this for a couple months now and its still curling on the ends. It makes it difficult to keep it hanging on the wall. Other than that, exactly what I expected!

Stretching Reminder
This chart is great. It shows many popular stretches. I usually make a copy of stretches or exercises and keep the copies in a notebook. This chart is great. I placed the exercise chart in a place where I would see it every day and out of visitor view in my bedroom. Doing this keeps the exercises in mind. Then to my surprise on the reverse side there is a chart of stretches that can be done with balance ball! In other words two for one. So I received more that I was expecting. Many Thanks.
