USB Splitter Cable Male to 2 Female Adapter - wishacc 1 in 2 Out USB Hub Y Splitter Cable

My purchase arrived fast. The splitter works in my Tesla M3 installed into either of the front USB ports. Tesla owners can use one of the ports for a thumb drive to record dashcam and sentry security. But then front passengers need a splitter to replace the USB the thumb drive is in. This splitter fits well into the large cavernous center console of my car. The cord is longer than I need but still just right. The cables appear to be good quality. Some splitters are for computers and I needed this to work on my phone in my car. The price was right too.

I ordered one of the two-port splitters and was impressed when I first opened the box. The cables are extra thick and the plugs appeared to be vey substantial. One problem: one of the ports didn’t work.I went to send them a message and realized that they had already sent me a follow-up email on my order, asking me if i was happy with the product. I wrote back, explaining the issue to them, but said it wasn’t worth my effort to return an $8.99 product.They responded within two days to get my shipping address, and told me a new one replacement was on the way, no return needed. Well, it arrived just a few days later and works perfectly.I couldn’t be happier. Very responsive customer service and they really do stand behind their products. This is a great company to do business with.

I use this to attach an ergonomic keyboard to my laptop. The other adapter connects to my Fitbit charger. The length gives me versatility to manage where the cords go. A minor problem is that the USB connector can get loose when the cable is bumped. Otherwise, it works great.

Bought this with an SSD and SCSI to USB connector to use in my Tesla for the TeslaCam/Music drive. Has worked perfectly so far. I have not tried to plug anything else into the second USB yet. So far just using as an extension. But I will need the power over USB for my phone charging pad that has been ordered. It provides just enough length, power and seems durable. I don't know what else to say. It splits one USB port into 2. I don't use it on USB 3.0, so I don't know if it's compatible with it, but on USB 2.0 ports it works perfect. I use it so that I can plug in two controllers into one port and play with friends, and it's great with that. Little to no additional latency even with 2 controllers. The build quality is a plus as well, it feels sturdy and durable. Great product.

I bought this in June 2020 to allow me to charge 2 phones off one of the front USB ports while a dashcam thumbdrive was in the other front USB port. Worked great until about a month ago. It still charges phones straight from a wall charger and the PC recognizes phones through it, but my Model 3 barks about it being "incompatible" and won't charge the phone. So I'm presuming something in a recent Tesla update has caused the issue. Don't know if it's permanent or will resolve in a future update.

Good, solid product. A lot of these splitters don't work for both peripherals at the same time but i can use my mouse and keyboard at the same time with no issues. A must-have for teleworkers like me with one port on their laptop.

This sturdy splitter seems unlikely to fail from lack of TLC. I'm a big believer in color coded stuff. I never understood why outdoorsy types would get camo equipment to bring into the woods with them. Much too easy to lose IMO. The black version of everything can make accessories unnecessarily hard to find. My need was to split my TVs USB port to run double bias light LED strips. It works well to be sure but it a case like this, for me personally, bright colors aren't a requirement. It's not a fault per se; just the only quibble I can make about an otherwise excellent and well made USB splitter...you can see it.
