This thing really works well. At our cabin we had a lot of ider in the back yard. Tried this and Walla no more stinky air outside.

Purchased a brand new 2022 built home that’s about 1,500 sqft. We do have a brand new septic system and existing well on our property. However, I moved in during the warmer months, and as the temperature started to drop I began to notice a fowl smell towards the back of the home. At first I thought it could of been a dead animal in the woods or so, so I brushed it off. But the smell continued to come and go mainly at night time for an odd reason. KEEP IN MIND, I had no signs of a failing septic system (water back up in drain field, no indoor smells or toilet flush issues). A friend had came over and said for sure the smell is definitely sewage smell, so I narrowed down the smell coming from the 2 plumbing vents on top of the home. After contacting my builder he said there’s no way, that this smell could be coming from a neighbors yard (I’m not close to my neighbors septic field). But the septic designer did recommend a coal filter like this one but at first did think I sounded crazy explaining my issue at first. Purchased these bad boys and it was nice that it even came with an attachment for smaller PVC pipes( oddly enough both plumbing vents were different sizes). Super easy to install, they fitted snuggly over PVC pipes. NO MORE EMBARRASSING SEWAGE STINKY SMELLS AROUND MY HOME!!!. I love that there’s no more fowl odor immediately after installing this product. THANK YOU ODORHOG!

It wwas smelling intermittently (mostly outside until I opened my windows then it came indoors, and I could not track it down where it was coming from, so I bought these and installed in 5 minutes and I haven't smelled anything since Seems a bit expensive....maybe charcoal is really that expensive but worth every penny to get rid of that smell and be able to open my windows again.

Works fantastic. Reduced the very unpleasant odor to nothing.

Left the same review for another size since I ordered multiple. This product is easy to install and does serve its purpose. It did clear up the access odor from the septic system. That said, if you do receive one, you'll see that the amount of engineering and materials that goes into this seems to fall far shy of its price tag. If it was 10 to 15 dollars cheaper, it would be perfect (item was over $70 when purchased)

We have a septic system-Before discovering this, we tried extending the vents as suggested by the plumbers, and getting our system checked twice if it was leaking somewhere. It did not work or show any changes. We were so fed up with the smell and had to get rid it. I came across Odorhog and saw many others with septic systems had the same issue. We had to give it a try. It was almost instant that the smell vanished. I can't say how relieved I was that it was gone, and we could enjoy being outside again without gagging. I recommend this product to anyone who is struggling for a solution.

Simplest installation ever- just put it in over the pipe. No more nasty smell coming out of the pipe.
