I wasn't expecting it to take care of my blood pressure issue entirely, but I can see my blood pressure is more elevated on average when I'm not taking this product. It doesn't do anything drastic, but it does end up helping me to lower my systolic by about 10-15 points. My diastolic is never really an issue, so I'm not sure if it's helping there or not. I forgot to re-order a bottle recently and noticed that my bp was slightly elevated. I would give it more like 3.5 stars because it doesn't do everything, but it does something. It's more of a subtle effect.

Recently a friend complained about her BP.Not wishing to risk her health by ignoring her doctor's recommendation,I decided to undertake a guinea pig trial of products to see some BP meds affect on my BP levels.This is one of the few that I have tested thus far and has returned great results.After a few days of taking them I was able to lower my BP significantly.Please do not use these if BP is in normal unless in a controlled situation as I am currently doing.Too low BP can have negative and deadly consequences.

I take 2 blood pressure meds and thought this may help. It hasn't so far. Wouldn't buy again
