Worth buying.
Decent Product. If You're looking for a really decent camera this is where u stop, though lens isn't the best but u can always buy the better one later, i bet it's really good lens for starters since it's still decent for that level.

Great starter Sony camera
If you are just getting started into mirrorless or photography. This is a great starter camera. I also really loved some of the pieces that come with the kit. The cleaning kit really comes in handy.

Actual Camera Missing.
I just got all the accessories, but I was actually hoping to receive the camera. Where did it go?

Get the camera, skip the lens.
The A7iii is the Sony “all around” champion. Period.There’s other bodies that do specific things better (the “Rs” have more megapixels for the photo crowd, the “S”s have better video capabilities) but even for paid professionals grabbing stills and video, this thing does everything really REALLY well.It’s like Sony sat down in a meeting and said “okay, what specs do our new alphas need to be professional, but with ZERO overkill” and drew up this beast. I can’t think of one scenario for either photo or video where you’d get “cornered” by the capabilities of your camera when showing up with this.I’ve since messed around down the different Sony lines of full frames like the A7siii and the A7riv… and I’m telling you, unless you’re a very specific type of pro, frowning at a monitor and zooming into every little corner looking for subtle differences, I wouldn’t dream of spending an extra $1500-2000 for the more specialized Sony’s. MAAAAAYBE if you do high speed sports photos or absolutely need a high FPS @ 4K.That being said, the included lens is complete trash and I’d use the $200 whatever difference and save for almost ANYTHING else. On paper it looks like a versatile, middle of the road sized lens that could fill some gaps between more specialized lenses and “hold you over” until you scratch together enough $$$ for a good one.In reality it is a tough lens to wield, and it’s REAL tough to get anything impressive looking out of it. “Better than nothing but barely”.

Warranty Info
Bought in April and has worked great since but now there's a red light flashing that won't let the camera take pictures. Does anyone know what this could be or how to contact sony for the 1 year warranty?

Upgraded from a A6500. The A7iii is so much better. The auto focus is great. Battery life is so much better. Really enjoying this new camera.
