I should have known better. When I received the items, the plastic was melted and the chocolate was all melted outside the box.I should have purchased direct with them. As I did last time. The bags were sealed and the chocolate was delicious.

Arrived quickly and although the items did not come directly from Harry & David, the packages were unblemished and the product was fresh!!
