I have to say I was surprised. The unit is very small. Since there is no CD/DVD drive, it’s only the depth of an old school faceplate! (Maybe a little bit deeper than that but close) The screen is sharp and crisp. The touchscreen works well. The sound is INCREDIBLE. I don’t know how many watts per channel the company is claiming, but I would honestly say it’s powerful. I installed car stereos for 20 years and this was an easy install. It came with its own ISO mount brackets and screws. It connected right to my phone and worked with my WIFI immediately. Havent tried GPS yet since the car is not on the road until I can get to DMV but I would bet it works, based on everything else working so far. All in all, I’m super happy that I selected this one and not another for less money. I like this one very much so far and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a lower cost, HIGH value double din unit. GPS was a bonus. Who needs it now a days with phones. But it comes with that. The only two negatives I would give are the following; 1) when I was using Bluetooth to play music from my phone, it allowed the regular FM radio and my phone music to play simultaneously. After shutting it off, it stopped, but it concerned me for a minute. It seems to have gone away but we shall see. 2) No Cage. A double din installation Cage would be mint. I really need it for my application. The isomount allows me to rig something but it’s by no means solid or secure. I’m crossing my fingers that I have some sort of old Cage in the basement. Again note, this is a really shallow depth radio. So I would imagine there is no cage that would technically “work” for it. But I would try! Other than that, this radio is so worth the money I payed. I love it

DO NOT BUY!! I have never left a bad review on any product that I have purchased from Amazon until now! This stereo is awful! The touch screen works when it wants to. It glitches and does what it wants. It will randomly cut on or off. It will turn the volume all the way up or down and you can't do anything about it until it decides it wants to work. I took it and my car to a professional to have it installed so it is like I did it myself. I wish I could have returned it but I didn't have it put in right away so the return time has lapsed. Please do not buy!!

i give it a five star only bcuz is a good idea to run android other than that be careful when buying this, is kinda glitchy at times and i had to reset software twice bcuz the screen went black. I connected everything properly to sound was still coming out. is just software issues. 2011 civic si 4door i put pic on how it came out but refunding my money back only cuhz it kept going blank on me.

Seems to be a little laggy, and cannot run alot of apps, but still pretty good fof a car stereo. Very easy to install, no issues at all. Does not fit standard trim kits, you will need to modify your trim kit, or purchase a custom one.

All in all its a neat tablet/radio. It takes forever to turn on so the reverse camera I purchased seperately is useless when I first start the car unless you wait the 30+ seconds for it to turn on. The fact that you cant modify the home screen is a bummer. So I use AutoMate app to autoboot on startup and works/looks better for me. I couldn't use the double din radio frame facia that came with my cars kit because this radio is an odd size, so now I have awkward gaps around the radio. The mirror link -wifi feature is finicky with both android and iphone - it crashes after a few seconds, the app is 100% chinese so dont bother installing it. When I start the car it sometimes starts playing both the radio and my bluetooth music at the same time. If you dont care about any of the above mentioned items go with the cheaper ones that other sellers have. They do the same thing. I thought this one being slightly more expensive it would work better but it doesnt. Overall still a nice upgrade to the car.

I was nervous to buy this due to previous reviews, but this thing is amazing. I bought it for my 16yo sons 2002 civic. The screen cover came off in install, which reveals the Blaupunkt logo (see pic). That was a popular stereo brand when I was younger so I love that. The sound is so much better than many radios I've owned. We still only have stock speakers and it is great. The OS is 9.1. They must be updating them now. It did come pre-installed with the GPS apps and many more. I can control his radio with Google family link. He hates that, but if he decides to be a brat, I can lock down the radio from my phone. Parenting win! It was so easy to install and gave us a project to complete together. For the price and features, I would highly recommend this over ANY other radio. Also, many of the other complaints must be from installer errors. The radio boots up within 10 seconds the first time and then instantly after. Just make sure you connect everything correctly. Touch screen is exact. Gps worked great. When you log in to Google on it, you get all of your phone info to sync as well. If factory radios came like this, they would be so much better.

It’s a piece of crap so upset, first off its falsely advertised as 8.1 but in reality it’s 6.0. Secondly the damn thing won’t even connect to google, GPS won’t work because it cannot access google servers, internet won’t work even though it’s connected to WiFi, play store can’t fix anything because no google access and after two weeks it just died, won’t work at all and I’m upset, total waste of my time.

While the shipping was good, the product came with no installation instructions or even a site to download the instructions. I have a feeling that thete will be no future support either. Another sad attempt at android radio purchase.
