Missing screws. That is really annoying when the proper items are not included.

Quality Product, Good Price
Replaced my old landline connection with this model. The main reason I picked this is that you connect the wires with screws and do not have to use a punchdown tool to connect a 110 connection. I am an old telephone guy and I can tell you that Allen Tel products are the best.

Unusual instalation after clarrificaton got appropiot help.
Tech help finally got understanding I used this for an inside condo phone and after he understood this the installation went smoothly. So far so good.
