Product description ------------------- Butchers Sundries Recommended Sausage Recipe (Usage rate is 12.5%) * Butchers Sundries Sausage Mix - 100g * Minced Meat (Trim) - 645g * Cold Water - 155g Total Batch In Grams - 900g Method: 1. Mince your meat 2. Disperse the mix over the minced meat and mix thoroughly. 3. Add cold water and combine 4. Mince again through a coarse plate. 5. Fill in to Butchers Sundries natural or collagen sausage casings For best results: * Leave the finished products in the fridge overnight to allow the s and spices in the seasoning to infuse with the meat. * Use a little vegetable oil on your fingers when working with collagen casings. This will give a nice shiny finish to your sausages. * It is always best to work with cold meat and iced water as the warmer the sausage mix gets, the shorter the shelf life will be. * Store this product in a cool, dry place. Once opened store in an airtight container such as a sandwich box and out of direct sunlight.
