Edge Pro 1000 Grit Ultra-Fine Sharpening Stone Mounted

Stone arrived on time and in perfect condition.For some reason the 110 billion dollar man censored this review as being inappropriate.Maybe he wants me to review badly, to bad jeffy, its a great stone and it works well.

These things are 100 times better than the cheap ones with the plastic back. First of all they have a metal backing and are not hot glued into place. Secondly, the grit number seems to go all the way down so it does not rub off on the first day. Lastly, the grit number is also written on the back so there is zero chance you will not be able to tell what grit it is even if the numbers on the stone wear off. This is one case where you get what you pay for an these are quality items.

Exact match for the Edge Pro Apex sharpening system. Fits perfectly and appears to be from the Edge Pro manufacturer. Edge Pro system components are not cheap, but they are the best if you truly want to establish a sharp, durable edge on knives made of high quality steel.

Well, this is one time the previous one-star reviews were spot-on. I also received my 1000 grit stone with a sales/product sticker attached directly onto the stone itself. And it's not a small sticker, oh no. It also doesn't easily peel off leaving no residue on the stone. Oh no.... Took me half an hour to both get the entire sticker off, and then get the glue residue off too.While mine didn't arrive shattered or badly chipped, there were two small chips in it. Thankfully the stone is still usable. Honestly though, no way am I ever doing business again with a company that clearly employs worthless morons to work for them. And obviously I'm not referring to Amazon. I mean GSM Sales. I ordered a couple more Edge Pro stones in different grits from two other companies also through Amazon.Those stones arrived without chips in them. And the sales/product stickers were definitely not on the stones themselves. I mean, placing stickers directly on top of a sharpening stone. Seriously, that's up there as one of the biggest examples of stupidity that I've seen in my Life.

Came ok....but has a sticker on the stone which leaves a residue im having a hard time to get off so the stone isnt usable yet.

La piedra deja afilados muy buenos, y calidad precio es un 10/10 el único problema es que en una esquina venía algo con un "chipping" pero esa triza no importa mucho ya que era en el lateral de una esquina y los filos no pasan por ahi
