I fell in love with paratha from my local grocery store
I fell in love with paratha from my local grocery store, then one day I tried to buy some more and it was out of stock, I inquired to the stocking attendant on the status of the paratha and was not given much hope to expect it again. I then when on an extensive and thorough search to obtain paratha from somewhere else. Out of all possibilities, this was the only real lead. Thank god, for paratha is sooo good to eat in lots of different ways. Once received, of course I had some, and was very pleased with the product sent to me. It was thawed from being shipped but this did not compromise the integrity of the item in any way, I just popped it into the freezer after it was delivered and it cooked up perfect and tasted just like it should taste, which is Great I must add. what a great find!

tasty
This Paratha is so buttery and delicious. No butter or anything necessary I eat mine as is (after I cook it) I definitely will be ordering some more soon!

They taste fine but...
Be aware that these are originally frozen. So once they come, you've gotten thawed dough. The package says not to thaw as it may harden he dough once cooked, and from experience, thawed dough can easily mold... So finding that the dough was originally frozen really, really, irritated me. I did not think the product was frozen....Besides that I dared to refreeze and try it. They're pretty delicious. I was hoping they would be similar to Jamaican roti but even though they weren't really, the taste was still good, kind of like a thicker version of a crepe. So basically I wouldn't buy this again because of the product state though I will eat these. So overall, minus 2 stars for inappropriate food handling (I've gotten frozen food, frozen, with dry ice), minus 1 for it being nowhere in the description, two stars for tasting pretty good and still seeming edible.

kawan roti paratha
i am from malaysia and have tried many other frozen roti paratha brand. However, Kawan brand has always been my favorite. i am so happy to find it available at amazon. I purchased it for my daughter who is studying in america. Although it is considered expensive compared to in my hometown, it made my daughter happy to be able to have it once in a while in america.

One Star
Item labeled as product of China. Makes me worried, that too being a food item.
