Amazing pastis from France
This is my favourite pastis and Im so happy that I can get this from Amazon rather than having to go to France. It mixes lively with some cold water to.give a lovely milky colour. Aniseed is not too strong, just lovely for a hot summer afternoon aperitif. It tastes so smooth. Definately recommend it if you like pastis. It isnt too cheap, but really good quality stuff!

A delicious aperitif mixed with sparking or still water , with crushed ice . Treat with respect as the ABV is quite high, and the tendency is get the taste , and over consume - so be careful

My new favourite evening tipple
Lovely robust flavour that can be tweaked with more or less water. Perfect when the sun is out and just as good even if it's raining.

A taste of France
It seems that Pernod is the most popular pastis in the UK - or maybe we haven't opened our eyes to Ricard? For me Ricard is the better of the two but strangely it is more difficult to obtain here. Thankfully it can be ordered from Amazon, perfect for a warm afternoon - or just remembering a warm afternoon in France?
