Icehouse: 40th Anniversary PAL Region 0

Bought this on vinyl as a kid back in early 80's and wore it out. Happy to have found this on amazon at a very fair price. Sound is great on cd and I can't wear this one out. Great exams of 80's synth music that in my opinion, this first album did not get the credit it should have gotten.

Heard these guys back in 1982 in Austin TX. Went out and bought this LP the very next day. One of my favorites

What do you get when you cross King Crimson with Roxy Music? - Icehouse. I was addicted to this band when they first appeared in the early 80s. You don't hear original stuff like this very often. Althpugh the 80s certainly had its share of garbage, Icehouse was first class, and this is, by far, their best album. Indeed, re-release it!!

Great CD! A real blast from the past! And, I love it as much as I did back in the day! The condition was excellent, just as advertised, and the ship time was also very good!

Its 1981 and a group of guys from Australia with punk , techno and rock back grounds took us by storm with the Icehouse album, yes I said album. I went out and bought it the day I heard it on the radio and 36 years later I picked up the CD to load up my mp3........Give them a spin

got this at a small 500 watt radio station in Arkansas...as an lp...took it home and wow... 1st track is Icehouse...really really good tune...then Sisters...then the GREAT song...Walls. I'm happy for 3 good songs on a release, Icehouse did that on a regular basis...and sometimes surpassed...this is a far superior 1st album.

Is an mp3 release on the horizon? Let's hope so. Enjoy!
