Excellent. It takes a few days to find the best position as everyone's spine problems are different, I guess. But now I've settled into it, it's a Godsend.The cushion is thick, very substantial, firm and supportive. There is a coccyx cut-out to reduce pain on the tailbone - and you can use either side of the cushion to sit on, hence the trial/error procedure as you get used to it :)It's a bit like a squishy saddle, almost! Curved, shaped, and excellent at encouraging better posture.I have severe degenerative joint disease of the spine with zero disc space between 7 vertebrae, osteophytes and neuropathic pain. I use this cushion to support my painful spine when sitting in my reclining armchair, and also for sitting on my bed :)I definitely recommend this cushion for anyone with arthritis, tailbone pain, back pain, and for heavier people especially, as it stays firm and plump, and doesn't squish flat like so many other cushions I've tried. :)

Arrived heavily vacuum packed, 48hrs later got close to quoted sizes but still not made it.Very, very soft & non-supportive, think 1/2" to 3/4" (13mm to 19mm) thick harder foam under legs when sitting on it.All in all, waste of time and money unless you want to prop up a lightweight.

bought this item 9 months ago and waited to review to see how it would last - well it has travelled round the world and back again, everyday commute for 2+ hours and all day at work. absolutely brilliant item just bounces back and is very supportive, relieves my hip and back pain. in fact i couldn't sit most places without it (especially on airplane seats this has saved my life). this is the third one of this type of item i have tried and is definitely the best design. I would also like it if they made one with a harder side and a softer side for flipping. but i can only dream....!

Comfortable, but rather too soft for real support - squashed down to half it’s thickness when sat on, and I weigh 12 stone. Also heavy and cumbersome if you have to transport it anywhere.

Brought this for my scooter, memory foam isn’t very thick and flattens quickly. I was disappointed with this purchase.

Really good, much better than I expected, my pressure sore points are much better and less inflamed so as a result I am much more comfortable on my wheelchair. The cover isn't a tight fit over the cushion but it doesn't move on my wheelchair seat and it is much cooler to sit on than other cushions I have tried.When you have to sit all the time you need something soft to sit on, this is soft and has the advantage of keeping pressure sores at bay...…lovely....and my bum loves it

Nice thick cushion. Does the job for me (car seat booster) but I do only do short drives so can't say how it would feel after a long journey.

Bought for my mother, who suffers terribly with her back and coccyx, to make a journey in the car bearable and also to use while visiting. She found it so comfortable that she is willing to make the journey and stay again. That says it all for this cushion.
