Product is great, looks fab, produces a lot of heat but no remote control. This is not an issue though.

Yep it’s small but it works fine. If you are going to have a moan about it’s size take reading lessons it’s all in the description. The settings and the thermo work fine . Good buy.

Love my fire sets my living room looking great and gives a fab heat although I tend to only use it for the glow part.

This fire cuts out after a few minutes use. I like the flame effect but sometimes used our old one for heat when the central heating had gone out. This one will only give you minutes then cut out for ages before you can use it again. If you want to use as an additional heat source don’t buy but if you just want it to look like a log burner it’s cute.

Fire effect looks good . Heater works well and soon takes the chill out of the room however the fan is a tad louder than I would like
