I tried DIM because my estrogen levels were high after being on hormonal birth control for over a decade. I started it and suddenly got a migraine on day 3, because my estrogen was so high and this was detoxing that excess estrogen - but from reading reviews here, I learned what to do. Keep going, it's so worth it. I took just half a capsule for the next 3-4 days, and I started taking Calcium D-Glucarate along with it to help my liver digest the estrogen, and I was totally fine. So if I did it again, I would do that from the beginning and avoid the headache!After a month, I feel SO much better than I realized I could ever feel - I can't emphasize enough. The acne on my jawline completely cleared up, I have no more sugar cravings, my face is more defined and less puffy (I didn't even realize it before) and I'm way less bloated and lost a few pounds. Bought this to help balance my hormones. It’s amazing and has worked wonders! Just got a new bottle yesterday and they’ve changed the formula! Why change something that’s not broken?! The bottle no longer says ‘60 Veggie Capsules’ and after opening there’s a weird smell. They also look a bit smaller than the old ones. I will try these for at least a week or 2 to see if i notice any differences or if they make me sick!***Update: it’s been a little longer than 2 weeks & I’ve noticed some changes. It is currently 8 days before “shark week” and I can feel my cramps again, my skin is breaking out again, and my emotions are up & down. After a week of taking the product the hot flashes were completely gone and there are no side effects! I've been taking 1 pill a day now for a little over a month and feeling great. No more hot flashes and I'm sleeping like a baby at night. Highly recommend this product if you are suffering from hormone imbalance. Besides it's really good for you, like eating 2 lbs of cruciferous vegetables.

This product has a very strong smell and taste, almost equivalent to broccoli but I love love love this product. It is easy to swallow and helps regulate my moods, it also helps with my hormone levels. I've also noticed a change in my body's appearance,I heard that some weight is caused by an imbalance in hormones and that may have been altered by keeping my estrogen levels consistent with this product. I do work out but I've noticed my stubborn love handles have smoothed out and are more shapely now!

It enlightened my heart to read all of the other Amazon reviews on DIM. I feel I had been dealing with estrogen dominance for years now. Last year I ask my Doc for a FULL midlife check up with all the tests so that we have base markers from here forward and catch anything out of the ordinary now. I'm thinking she didnt order hormone tests? Only normal CBC cholesterol (for 1st time ever at 45). 4 days ago I started taking DIM. Started my period for 2nd time in 2 weeks?? By today, my mood is so incredibly better. My inflammation is going down which equals less joint pain. I feel like I let the air out of the sac of joint pain and cystic acne i was susceptible too. Cant wait to take this longer and see what else happens. I believe that no one will ever care for my health as much as i do, so we need to work with dr's so get what needs to be done and stay proactive. Lord knows how busy they are.
