I received my chairs yesterday and i just finished assembling my 4 chairs today which took me 2 long hours! It would have been an easy assemble if it not for the holes that's not aligned. What i have discovered is its easier to put the screw in without the small "circle" with it. I dont know the name of that part but ill post a pic of what im talking about. if you opt out that small part, you screw will have flexibility to find the hole.Two chairs wasn't sturdy. It rocks side to side. Easy fix is i had that small "circle" I didn't use and used it to level the chair stands. If you are handy man/woman, you might be done 15-20 mins per chair.The chairs have ballpen marks in 2 of my seats. I wil try to remove them and see if it'll be gone. If i cant, i might return two of the chairs.If everything went right to begin with, these would have been a 5 stair chair!Update as of 9/18/2017They decided to send me one replacement chair after calling Amazon customer service which is great! The problem is the replacement they sent me still has a black ink in the back rest! Tried brushing to remove it but wouldn't! 😭😭😭 This time it took me 15 mins to assemble! 2 holes still didn't fit but i followed my instructions above. It was uneven so still i applied the same fix i did before!

Bought 6 of them 5 years ago, then bought another set of 2 3 years ago. I’m obsessed!! They are so nice and comfortable!! Please, don’t ever stop making them! Also, if you guys sell slip covers for them, I will buy them in a heartbeat, too! My chairs are still in perfect shape, but I would love a slip cover to maintain them looking good!

I want everyone to know that I am not sensitive to chemical smell ever BUT these chairs smell so bad that they have been assemble and carried back out to our garage to air out. I opened the box and let them to air out for 2 to 3 days and then assembled them and right back out to the garage they went. They smell awful! The cushions are not as nice as some of the chairs I have seen at Home Goods. They feel like a stiff not flexible cushion. You get what you pay for with these chairs. Sometimes I wonder when I read these reviews if everyone get the exact same product. Having said all that they are pretty to look at and seem solid. I am going to keep them but if I would have known before they were ordered what I know now I would NOT have ordered them.Well it has been 2 weeks since i received my chairs and they are still in the garage. Now the garage smells bad. I'm hoping we will get a sunny day soon so I can put them in the sun. I'm really bummed:( They have been fabreezed on 4 occasions. I think this is the reason for the discounted price. May have to return them.

I Bought 6 of these chairs (3 sets of 2). These chairs are a nice Linen color. The fabric is like a muslin texture. We have had these chairs for over a year now and they have held up great. We did have a ketchup spill on one chair, the only thing is, that while the ketchup stain came out nicely it took some of the linen color away and turned it white which was a disappointment. I really love the dark espresso legs of the chair, which match well with my decorating taste, I looked at many different options before I went with these and I'm glad I did. The legs have gotten a dings that can be fixed up easily with a dark wood touch up pen. Even after a few flaws I still am really happy with this purchase!

We purchased 8 or these chairs to match our farmhouse dining room table which we built. I love the chairs and get tons of compliments on them. I purchased the white color since I really wanted the red-brown legs. The legs are darker than I would have liked and one of them had a nick in the finish. The fabric is a pretty heavy cream linen, which is exactly what I wanted. I've only had them for about a month, but they feel really sturdy like they will last a good while. My only complaint was that one of the chairs didn't have the hardware to attach the legs and one of the legs was scratched. Otherwise, I am extremely happy with this set.

I bought a secondhand table that didn't come with chairs. We made our previous table and bought chairs at a big chain store, they have not held up well-the springs have sprung. But these chairs seems like they will hold up. They are very stiff, but it feels good on my back. I ordered the dark grey and they are absolutely gorgeous. Now to just sand down the table and repaint. Only a minor issue, on chair number 2 it is missing a lock washer and a regular washer. hopefully the seller will remedy this quickly since I just ordered 4 more. I only ordered one set to start to make sure I liked them

I was going through pinterest and loved the tufted dining table concept and right away wanted to get a set. I searched for the right piece and came across these chairs.I ordered 2 sets of these chairs. Firstly great packaging. It was a rainy day when these packages arrived and i was worried if it would spoil the fabric,but thanks to the packaging. All pieces were intact. The color is little darker than what is shown in the photo.(More like a warm tone)Assembly: Its not the easiest to put together, but not that difficult too. First one is the hardest to put together. You do need two people to assemble this piece. It was wobbly at first but after few adjustments to the nuts and bolts it was fine.Chairs are sturdy and look chic. Thumps up and i would recommend these chairs.

Very well packaged for shipping. I am a very small 71 yr. old handicapped female and I was able to assemble these chairs in about 20 minutes per chair. They are very sturdy and well built chairs and covered in a heavy duty luxurious velvet like material. The teal is a very light shade and blends wonderful with my Pioneer Woman color theme. The first set of 2 arrived a day early, but the second set of 2 were misplaced by FedEx so they arrived 5 days later. I'm very happy with the product and the shipper. The instructions could have been a bit easier to understand, but common sense and a good power driver is all you need.

Perfect for what I was looking for.

The media could not be loaded.  Arrived early and very well packaged! Easy to assemble. Only 2 front legs to attach as the back legs come already attached to the back of the chair. So you have to assemble seat to the back and 2 legs. That’s it. We had, what we thought, was some wobbly legs so we measured each leg and each were exactly the same 13.75”. Took us a minute to realize it was our floor and not the product. When we placed the chair in a different location, no wobble! I’m surprisingly pleased at how sturdy and beautiful these chairs are! I reached out to their Customer Service to confirm the max weight - 300lbs! The fabric is a lovely linen like material with a slightly soft feel and sheen. Seats cushions are sturdy without being too hard. It’s comfortable. Very happy! Note: we paid CAD$371 (before tax) for each set of 2 which was great value.
