Enerfoot needs improvement
In order to get comfort I had to wear the ball of the foot pad on top to cover my toes. This product needs to be reversed to get functionality. Also, this product rolls up when trying to put your shoes on. This product needs to be improved for comfort and functionality.

Helped me stay in rehearsal!
These are so incredibly comfortable!! As a professional dancer with foot problems, these make performing or even just walking around in heels SO much easier to bare- especially for long periods of time!!! A few things to note; these are thick so you're not going to be able to wear them with most of your heels; some of your shoes that do cover the entirety of it won't fit while wearing due to the thick cushiness of it (1st world problems?); there is no ventilation so if you sweat (which this will increase the likelihood of) it will be slightly slippery, but luckily it makes your shoes fit tighter; and the biggest drawback for me which is that they are not in any way, shape, or form easy to clean & therefor get a little gross especially if you're using them in close toed shoes and/or with socks. I still gave them a 4 because they feel really good on my feet and don't completely wedge my toe in to the point of pain like some other cheap versions I've previously tried. All in all they keep the ball of my foot from feeling like I'm walking on broken glass and that was their purpose.

Just Ok
I have metatarsal pain and need toe spacers to prevent bunions. I like that this product serves both. They are soft and generally comfortable, and help the metatarsal issue. Not sure they do much for toe spacing as the material is very soft/flexible. And I don't think these will hold up well for my use of hiking (10- 25 miles per week). I can see wear in the metatarsal area after just about 10 miles of hiking. I'll use them until they wear out but likely will not buy again.

Want to Give 5-Starr but…
This product is great! I’ve tried many similar items but nothing is comfortable as this one can provide you when you where heels. I gave all 5 but overall is only 3 because it gets torn when you wear them long hours… but I do love this product and it does work as they said!!!

Do NOT use for walking! Tore both of my feet open on the second day of use!
UPDATE: On further examination, the product also cave me large blisters on the outside of both pinkie toes AND, most agregiously, tore open the skin directly under my second metatarsal on my left foot, the exact part of the foot it was supposed to protect. I’m furious and exhausted and sad. This never should have happened. Please protect yourself from these things. Don’t let what happened to me happen to you. I had to use a mobility scooter at my Son’s first birthday at the aquarium yesterday because my feet are too damaged to walk on right now. It was devastating and would not have happened if I hadn’t used these inserts.Original: I have fibromyalgia and regular, daily exercise is critical to keep my symptoms at bay. For this reason, I walk every day. Occasionally, I develop metatarsalgia and need to use metatarsal pads to distribute the pressue until the condition improves. The normal pads I use were going to take a week to receive, and as I said, I need to walk every day to manage my medical condition. So I ordered these because they could be delivered that day and ready for my morning walk the next.I walked 5 miles the first day and had no problem. I was actually suprised at how comfortable they were as I had concerns about using silicon sleeves instead of fabric. I was careful to learn how to put them on properly and cleaned them afterward, giving them a full day to air dry out of sunlight, as the instructions recommend. I put them on the second day the exact same way I'd put them on the day before. I was extremely careful, and took several minutes to put them on and my socks on over them to keep everything aligned and smooth. Everything felt perfectly fine and comfortable as I headed out the door. I added one extra mile over the day before, doing 6 miles this time, which is actually my standard walk.I didn't notice any pain during my walk, which could be from any number of reasons, including all the other pain my body is regularly in, my high pain tolerance in general, or simply endorphens from the walk. but when I came back in and removed my shoes and socks, I suddenly felt sharp pain on the inside of my big toe at the joint where it meets the foot, on both feet. When I took off the sleeve, I was shocked to see blisters the size of a nickle that had cut deep into the skin, in the same place on both feet.Between the metatarsalgia and the blisters, I can't distribute my weight on my feet in a way that allows me to walk with my normal gait, and I can't use other metatarsal sleeves because they go right over the part of my foot with the blisters, so I'm now going to have to put my walk on hold until they heal, which will in turn cause flare-ups of my fibro.I wish to god I hadn't bought these. The impact on my health is now going to be worse than if I had just waited for the other pads to come in, and I have the open wounds on both feet that need regular attention to keep clean and protected now. I used this product the right way, took care of it the right way, and within two days it put me off my feet for probably a week, maybe more. I'm in pain and my depression has already gotten significantly worse, and my normal routine to help that--again, walking--is out of the question right now. Avoid this product at all costs. It could end up costing you a lot more than what you pay for it.

For skinny toes
I really liked these, however the toe holes were very small and didn't have enough stretch to accommodate my toes. I had to really stretch the whole thing out beforehand and then stretch it even more to get it around my forefoot to get it on, and my feet are not abnormally large or anything. Each toehole was a battle to get over the chubby ends. Once that was accomplished they were very comfortable. If that would been the end of it I would have given four stars. After awhile the fabric started to tighten back up and sort of choke out my toes. I got these to reduce the friction and dampness between my toes because the snuggle in to each other with no space in between. I sure wish they had a larger stretchier size because I would buy those, but I dont have slim feet and tiny toes.
