I was amazed by the quality. Rarely do you find anything that is made of solid wood. Here are my takeaways:1. The finish is flawless.2. There was no damage whatsoever in shipping3. The instructions are the best I've ever seen (and I've done a lot of assembling). They organize the parts according to steps - I've always wondered why companies don't do that. It's impossible to get the parts mixed up.4. They provide spare parts and they're labeled as such so you don't wonder why there are parts left over5. Only tool required is an allen wrench and they provide multiples so two people can be working at once.6. The Grey of the futon is a true grey (no blue tone).7. Drawers fit perfectly.8. It's a beautiful piece of furniture.

Had a little issue with shipping not getting the cushion on at the same time, but that was a problem with the fedex distribution center. The futon was easy to put together and insanely sturdy, I wasn’t prepared for how heavy and well made this thing was gonna be. And the mattress is very firm and comfortable, I bought the version with the drawers on the bottom and the only thing I would change is that they have tracks instead of being separate from the futon. All in all this is an amazing product with amazing customer service!

It took a while to set up and like most futons, is not the most comfortable as a bed. Those are the drawbacks. The pluses outweigh them for us. It's beautiful! Looks so much better than most futons. And it is sturdy. The side shelves are fantastic and handy. It has transformed my son's room. Happy with purchase.

The futon is made of great quality wood. It was fairly easy to assemble and would have been extremely simple with two people. The storage drawers are large and spacious and I am happy I chose this option. A guest slept in it and had six nights of great rest. It sits comfortably when being used as seating.

Did a lot of comparing before getting this, as it would serve for my every day bed and couch. Its been a week and so far, so good. Was expecting the assembly to be harder, based on some of these reviews. But honestly, if you read the directions closely, its all clearly laid out. It's a bit difficult to close up with one person but possible. The wood is sturdy, the mattress comfortable and the drawers are huge! The mattress did have a bit of a "packed away" smell at first but that aired out quickly. 10/10 Would recommend!

Love this futon frame and mattress! We wanted a futon our home office that could be used for hosting an occasional guest and this fits the bill nicely. The arms have a small end table that can be folded down to save space when not in use. The frame is sturdy and the mattress is fairly comfortable. We opted for the drawers which provide some convenient storage space. The whole package came in 4 boxes that were delivered over the course of 5 days, so don’t panic if it doesn’t come on the same day.

Was easy to assemble with video. Few minor scratches when opened box. Side arms not very sturdy. Ripped screws right out of wood when barely putting pressure on it. Mattress comfortable. Length not long enough if over 6 feet.
