LIVE AQUARIUM PLANTS - Collection of aquatic plants for your fish tank (25 plant pack)

I was impressed with the speed at which these arrived (two days early ) and the plants themselves had not suffered at all in transit as they were in a polybag ,with enough water to keep them fresh , wrapped with loads of foil and then put put in a padded bag .That packing had obviously protected them well enough from cold and rough handling ,as the plants were very fresh and healthy -looking on unpacking . Some were single unrooted stems and some had already rooted along the stems ,which meant I was able to plant both in groups that I banded together before weighing them and as single ,individual plants directly into the gravel . I received four different types of plant ,a mix of four types of green and one red . The ONLY problem was that I only received 34 plants out of the 50 I paid for . That being said ,I emailed the company on the address on the leaflet included with the plants and received a reply a resolution within the hour ( They are sending the missing plants ) ,so outstanding customer service .If I had just buoght the plants that were already rooted from my not-so-local pet store ,they would have cost me more than this whole order ,so these have worked out very good value for me and I am totally happy with this order now and would certainly buy from this company again . After all, mistakes happen ,it how we rectify them that counts ! Thanks ,Alice ! Update ..... the missing plants have just arrived ,so only three days after I emailed the company to tell them my order was incomplete . They did ask me to send photos of which plants were included in the first batch ,which I did . Someone was obviuosly paying attention because the rest of the plants they have sent are all different from the first lot -and mostly rooted . They also seem to have popped in a few extras ,so it has taken just a week from start to finish for me to end up with slightly more plants than I originally ordered ,all of which are healthy and ,as the first group already seem to be doing well . All in all ,a good purchase !

Very poor quality of plants received with several plants missing from the order. No resolution given by seller. Poor customer service. Do not waste your money with this seller!!

I was so excited when I received these plants today I forgot to take a pic . However I was impressed by the quality and quantity of the plants recieved and my fish tank is now looking great !I didn't count the individual plants but it was definitely on the generous side of the 50 advertised . They look robust and healthy too and bigger than I expected . There was also a good variety with more than ten different plants , at a rough count make that 12 !!My tank has a gravel base and I just planted directly without adding lead weights , I've found in the past that this is the most straightforward way to plant and most plants survive .. I expect similar results here .... It's going to be a jungle ....which is the effect I want .For this price I think I've got an excellent bargain . I'm delighted .The package arrived quicker than expected and is letterbox friendly which is always good to know .I've included some ( not very clear , sorry) pix of some of the plants in situ. The big plant in the pic on the left is one I already had as is the pale green one on the right , the others are the new ones .

You don't receive 50 plants like they write in the description. The first picture is like something you will receive ..........single stems. Most of the red plants I have bought have either died or are dying............BUT most of the green plants have survived and are actually doing pretty well like the cabomba that has grown incredibly fast, I cut half off of the cabomba and replanted them and those are doing well too. I have added other plants too it since getting it but you can see the cabomba at the front. They do give you detailed instructions on what to do with them but still I was expecting something a bit better.

I purchased these a few months ago, very nervous to recieve them because they are SO cheap!i brought 150 total, and i have to admit i was a bit disapointed at the lack of variety. for some there was a single wrotten piece, others had around 40 of the same type. It was a bit of a shock...Not only this... just after adding them, algae! lots and lots of algae! I've never seen so much. and its still a problem to this day. Along with the fact that many have also died off.

Most people forget that with proper care plants boom and spread like crazy ! After reading some reviews I was a bit hesitant to buy but decided to anyway, the the majority of plants in the picture are from the seller, I also ended up putting half in my other aquarium, I bought 50 all together and I am fairly happy with them, a few may have marks and won't be perfect but what do you expect at such a great price ! If you buy live plants always ensure you look after them right so they don't die ! Underneath my sand I have fluval stratum which helps plants to thrive, I also have Bio available carbon that I add to benefit plants, you'll never get plants to grow without proper care ! All in all, they look excellent and I'll be buying from here again in the future if I ever set up any new tanks or need more plants in general, great variety.

I wish it had stated that the plants were treated in shrimp killing solution. There was a sticker over the instructions but luckily I flipped it over. They took a while to arrive too. I sorted them and left them in the recommend solution to clean off the chemical residue. However as it stands all 12 of my shrimp have died (£40 worth). Was it the plants I don’t know for sure but suffice to say I would not order again. I would have liked the choice to have rogue snails ( my assassins would have loved it) and no treatment but alas I wasn’t given a heads up. Most have been uprooted by the flow of the water and have gone into my filter. Should have stuck to moss balls.
