The chair itself seems well made. It is heavy and comfortable. However, I had only been using it for a few days when the back slid down to the lowest it could go. It seems the threaded hole that has the knob to tighten the back and keep it in place has been stripped out. I will have to contact the company to see if they can replace that bracket.

Got this for my husband, who practices guitar two-three hours daily. The features of this chair were precisely what he hoped they would be. Assembly was simple (but he's good with such challenges.) Good value and lightning-fast delivery.

I would have given this chair a 5 star rating BUT the back of the chair barely adjust!!! In the description it does state the back of the chair adjust up & down & it does but VERY LITTLE! I have a VERY BAD back! :( I had a fussion in my lower back as a child so the curvature of my lower back is unlike anyone else's making chairs very difficult to find one that truly meets my needs. So I was VERY hesitant to purchase such an expensive chair online without trying it out first. I gave it 4 stars because it is a VERY GOOD PRICE, VERY GOOD QUALITY, VERY STURDY (I am a bigger girl), & over all it is a WONDERFUL CHAIR!!! :) The Seller did describe it accurately I just feel they should add that the BACK ONLY IS SLIGHTLY ADJUSTABLE IN HEIGHT. :( Otherwise this chair is exactly as described maybe even nicer then what is described!! :) It is working very well for me ay the front desk of my salon. I've tried many others, and was skeptical of the mesh, but it's held up way better than I thought. Would buy again

This is one of the sturdiest chairs I've ever used. Not only is it sturdy, but extremely comfortable and well made. Truly a commercial use chair.

Large seat cushion and mesh back work well together. I am not a heavy person (215#) but I like heavy duty things. This one has a nice bar for my feet and feels substantial. The back moves and locks some of the cheaper ones don't do that. I replaced the wheels with the rollerblade style and love it that much better. It was a good purchase for a counter height desk

The chair pictured has arm-rests, but beware when ordering it they are not included. You have to click on the 'show more' at the bottom of the description to see that the arm-rests, although available for an additional $49 are optional. In my opinion, if arm rests are not included they should NOT be shown in the picture of the item.

Love this chair. It is very sturdy and quite comfortable. Had to contact customer service. Their reply was prompt and problem was solved.
