I think I bought this product some 4 years ago and it has probably been the most useful product I have bought on Amazon.It hasn't broken, and with regular cleaning it still is almost as good as new. The adjustments are all good.I have been using it regularly to hold books and mobile phones for reading throughout the past 4 years. It's easy to use.It helps with keeping your neck straight, giving you a comfortable reading experience. So you can avoid the strain of keeping your neck bent down while reading.

The media could not be loaded. I have noticed that there were changes made to this reading stand. A prominent change is the angled support doesn't have the metal hinge/nut! It is replaced by a plastic hinge. I don't know if this is an improvement or a cost cutting change. To be blunt the product's plastic quality is just about good and appropriate for the purpose it is designed. The price doesn't reflect the quality it deserves! However the manufacturer uses recycled plastics which has recently become expensive! It is cheaper to use fresh plastic than a recycled plastic! Recycling is good for the environment. Therefore this is an incentive to overlook the high price.Functionally, the reading stand is excellent! It has improved my reading! An 1 hour read has increased to 2 hours! The 60° angle is perfect for the neck and line of sight with the stand set on a table of 75 cm height. The 90° angle is appropriate when reading on low tables or floor. Beware that angling the stand to 90° may damage it. It felt uncomfortable as can be seen in the uploaded video. It is easy and safe to angle the stand to 30° and 60°. The stand is best suited for books upto 500 pages. It can hold a 1000 pages book but it is uncomfortable to use on this small stand. It is better to go for the large variant from this brand. One can put a pad either vertically or horizontally on it to support lengthy books or papers as can be seen in the uploaded pictures. It is preferable to use metal clips than using the stand's page holders.Overall this reading stand is a must for every student or avid reader of books! I purchased it for Rs. 499. The MRP is also Rs.499.It is a stand which can be set at various angles according to your comfort in order to read some book.Made up of good quality plastic.Pros-1. The build quality is excellent.2. The plastic used is also of very fine quality. I've used it with a 2kg book and the stand worked just fine.3. 2 movable levers are there at both sides to keep the pages at their position while reading the book.4. The joint between the stand support and the stand is of superior quality.5. Very thick books can also be read comfortably. There is enough space for these.6. The levers are very finely adjusted. You'll need to apply some force to move them. This is extremely helpful while reading because these levers don't change their position just like that unless you yourself move them from their position.7. The stand support has 2 rubber paddles at the downward portion of it. It saves the stand from slipping on any surface on which you put it. So no slipping issue at all.8. Cheap.Cons-1. Size is small. If you want to read any book bigger than 15 cm in length and 15 cm in breadth, you'll not be that comfortable. If the book has some hardcover, you can use this stand quite successfully but if the cover of the book is soft, the stand becomes useless. (Though the company is ensuring that it is making another stand with A3 size, let's see when it comes online for sale).2. You can't use it sideways. The book comes out and the levers render useless. Moreover, the rubber padel provided at the foot of the stand support become useless if you use it sideways. So the stand slips and the book comes out of it.Final comment- If you are searching for some reading stand which can lower the load on your back and neck and read very much, it is a great choice. However, if you want to go for some bigger size, you can wait for the A3 version of this stand.

My observations:1. Super fast delivery, next day delivery from Bhiwandi to Chennai.2. Red color is not appealing to me, its not that dark but light.3. This can perfectly fit a medium sized book, for a A4 sized book this is small, when book is placed it leans all the sides, which according to me a nuisance.4. Utility of this product is good, we can read the book sitting straight instead of leaning downwards.5. Manufacturer is selling directly.6. The mechanism of book holder could have designed more efficiently, every time a page is turned, you need to make an effort plus it creates impression in the page.7. The book holder creates an impression on the paper.6. Considering all the above points, I am concluding that Rs.494 charged for this product is super expensive.

The product's quality is good and it easily holds the pages, the page holder lever is adjustable which makes it ideal for most book sizes. The stand can be set at multiple angles which helps in setting it at proper angle. The only problem is that due to the book holder, the pages can't be turned without removing the book from it, which is a big hassle.

The reading stand height is correct and suitable for the table average Height 3feet. We can easily read and turn over page when sitting on straight back chair.
