I was looking for smaller coat and shoe rack for a tight space. 24L*15w. I needed something so I could take my shoes off and coat before enter the carpet area. The space was limited, with no closet . This was the perfect size. Box was small and light. Set up was easy. 15 minutes top. The top four screws for the coat rack took a bit of muscle power to screw them in. I saw the previous reviews on that. Overall it looks nice and fits behind the garage entrance door with out hitting the door, or taking over the space. Sturdy and just perfect for what I needed. It is a great Space Saver that works great for my shoes and coats.

We bought this coat rack for our new apartment and there are a few negatives to the unit. When putting it together a few of the screws were very tight to get in like the hole was way too small for the size screw. The unit is pretty sturdy but the screws do get loose after awhile and will need to be retightened. Overall the unit itself looks very nice and very happy with the purchase after comparing it to many others.

Love it! Such a game changer for my tiny space. Measurements were spot on, and it was easy to assemble. As other reviewers mentioned, don’t sit or place very heavy items on the bench. I don’t think that’ll go over too well. Also not a bad idea to mount the top to the wall to prevent it from tipping come winter coat time. Just as a preventative. Overall great little coat rack with shoe bench.

This rack is great. It holds a lot of stuff. I have coats, sweatshirts, and shoes on this rack. It’s very nice looking as well. It didn’t take long to assemble and has held up very well so far.

Item was easy to assemble. The plank for the bench is not sturdy so be aware of weight limit. There is no bar to hold it up so placing heavy items or sitting on it will bend it. Side bars are sturdy. Some screws don't fit bc holes weren't drilled open enough so you can do it yourself with proper tools. Otherwise it serves its purpose as coat hanger. Great to place decor in foyer.

I love the coat rack, however the assembly was not very easy. There was excess metal from the hole punch did not allow for the screws to set properly. I didn't want to package it back up & ship it back so we drilled out the excess metal and the screws set fine.I hope there is a little more attention paid to the quality control aspect of the product.Overall it was a great coat rack for a great price. It fits my needs perfectly.

The media could not be loaded.  Worse purchase in forever. I bought one and the hangars didn’t fit the poles they were supposed to be mounted to. The screws meant to hold the poles together also didn’t fit. The manual is pictures with no labeling, so you have to figure it out (many are, not a huge deal). It tells you there are four of the ones meant for the poles but there are eight and you use all of them, so that gets confusing.I asked for a return, which was no problem, but now on the new one the wooden board is too small and the screws for the poles STILL don’t fit. It’s shown in video/photos. I’m sending it back and getting my money back because I have zero trust in this company.I’ll never use them again and I suggest everyone else do the same.
