The Mentors range is produced within a small experimental winery, at the heart of the KWV complex. Unique varieties and raw passion combine to produce these exciting wines. A true reflection of a great Chenin blanc, this is a wine resplendent with intense flavours of honeysuckle, apricot and nougat supported by notes of green figs, limes and macadamia's. It is truly a polished creation. The creamy and textured palate is complemented by pure fruit with a clean and vibrant finish. This wine is matured for 18 months in barrel of which 70 percent was first-fill. Perfect with vegetable dishes, rich fish or cream based chicken.
