I would give zero star if possible.- It does NOT have paraffin wax. Just coconut oil and lavender.- It does not retain the heat more than a min or so. Then your hands just feel sweaty and uncomfortable.- It is very hard to operate if you have arthritis in your hands, which is the whole point of getting this. Opening the glove, putting it on, etc requires help from somebody else if your hands are experiencing weakness.- It creates a mess with coconut oil spilling everywhere, even with the Velcro band on.Complete waste of money.

Great product. I have only used the gloves once but they have helped with my dry, cracked skin. Can't wait to try them again. I will be ordering the booties next.
