Let me start by saying I was a bit hesitant due to reviews I read about Ashwagandha but from different companies. We all know you can get a product from tons of different places but they wont be the same. Glad I got mines from Roam Nutrition!! This product right here is definitely of quality!! Let me tell you why I say that. With just the first pill I took I felt amazing!!! So focused and my mind did not feel distorted. I started with 1 pill and graduated to 2 due to what I've read as explained above. Let me tell you these pills are like no other. No side effects what so ever as far as feeling sick like I read with others. The best thing is the mental clarity and amazing focus it gives you. I find it better for me to take right before bed because I noticed it does make me sleepy. Which can happen. But when I wake up I feel amazing!!! Energized and ready to start my day. So definitely try this brand which is so worth it and find what time of day works best for you! I buy plenty of supplements from Amazon. I like to try different brands. So far I have tried 2 different supplements from this company and all I can say is they Rock!!

This product is marketed as a stress reducer but it contains green tea leaf extract? - which I would think contains caffeine. I ordered this because I was looking for an adaptogen for adrenal issues. Green tea is what I use in the mornings for caffeine and had I not looked again at the ingredients, I might have used it later in the day than caffeine works for me. I know that black pepper increases absorption of tumeric but hadn't heard of it for this mix also. Lavender extract makes sense as an addition. I will use this product in the morning before noon, but not for later in the day.

As someone who faces heavy stress and anxiety daily, I was very intrigued to buy this product. I really haven’t found anything natural, to help with my stress levels. When I stated taking this I noticed the difference after a few days of taking it regularly! My stressful job felt much easier as I went throughout the week. I’m really glad I purchased this, I will continue on with it as well

Love this little pill. Convenient and portable and goes everywhere with me. I love the feeling of being energized during the day and being able to sleep better at night. I don’t hurt like I used to either. Give it an honest try, you won’t be disappointed.

I bought this brand hoping it would be effective but it did the opposite. I usually buy the brand Inner Zen but I was running out and it would take a couple days to be shipped, even though I’m a prime member. It made me groggy and moody. I felt “off.” It adds lavender and green tea extract. Inner Zen only adds calcium and black pepper extract. I would return it but I did take half of the bottle. I thought maybe my body was just getting used to it. To each their own.

Since day one I noticed a change in my demeanor. Situations roll of my shoulders that normally pinch my nerve. Only been taking a few days and im gonna ride this train as long as i can, a smooth ride

One of the things I loved is there's no funny taste to it. I did notice a reduction in fatigue and anxiety. It wasn't a drastic reduction, I don't think I've been taking it long enough yet and I haven't seen a big change in stress yet either. But I have high hopes! Seems to be much better than St. John's Wort.

It seems to be very strong and I can feel the effects shortly after taking it.Perhaps start out with 1 capsule dosage first and then go to 2 if needed.This is the first time I have used this herb and I was surprised at how relaxed it makes me.
