Used for years. Now hard to find
Of course when you find something you like they change the design. These fit the old style holders. I do not like the gel mask holders as they are hard and uncomfortable these are soft and flexible but very hard to find. These are part # 1105176 for the old style frame not the new gel frame. That is a different part #

These DO NOT fit Nuance PRO
This will not work with my Nuance Pro gear. This is another model but it is not evident from the picture. I reached out to the seller and was told that because I opened the package it was not returnable. How I am supposed to view the product adequately prior to opening it is not clear. So this was a complete waste of money unless I can figure out how to attach some velcro on the sides.

Unsuitable
This is a very poorly-designed headgear. It is not at all adjustable. Despite the YouTube reviews and information, it slips and slides all over your head. It pulls the nasal pillows so tightly against your nose that you wake up with pain. It's being returned.

Did not work with Nuance Pro mask
Not sure if mask was complete (missing velcro tabs on sides) or I order incorrectly. Thought I was ordering mask for Nuance Pro.

These do not work. Period
These appear to be a trash knockoff. Take a close look, they will not attach because they are missing the straps that attach to the headgear.
