So i've been on ketogenic diet for almost a year now and never tried any type of exogenous ketones until a friend recommended me a thermogenic fat burner from this brand. I did a fast research and learned that a raspberry ketone won't help if you're in ketosis already, but a bhb salt supplement is totally different. The way it works is raises the ketone levels in your blood and helps you burn fat faster OR get into ketosis faster if you're just starting out. I bought this product before researching. Had to return (thankfully on time for a full refund, so I’m giving an extra star). It did not help me get n2 ketosis quickly ~ even though my daily macros and KETO eating were correct. Upon researching... I learned that buying a product like this in which the main ingredient is a “proprietary blend” is not wise. You don’t know what is in the “blend.” I was disappointed. I cannot afford the higher-priced products that list the ingredients exactly to help you achieve ketosis more expediently, so I’ll have to be more patient.

I’ve been trying to get into Ketosis taking Ketone supplements from other brands for months now, with no luck. After only a few servings of KE2O Exogenous Ketones, I am now in Ketosis and feeling great. Wish I would have started with KE2O! Would have saved me a lot of money, discouragement and time! I highly recommended this product if you’re goals are to look and feel great!

It has caffeine! A lot of it! Not a good thing if you are watching your intake. I think the effects are more caffeine related and not bhb salts. I've used other brands that works better but that one was unavailable so I tried this one. I'll go back to my other one. I can definitely tell a difference. I got this I've because of positive reviews.... No.. Don't believe it. This one is all caffeine!

Mine has rice flour in the ingredients. Kinda defeats the purpose.

This product with caffiene seems to be a good supplement for my wife and I as our family has made the change to keto. We noticed a positive change right away.

Unfortunately didn't work for me.
