I got this or cleaning and deoxidizing potentiometers. When it arrived I noted that said "for batteries." No matter, worked perfectly, not much need to do the job.

Works perfectly, and this tube of deoxtt meant I didn't have to spray contact cleaner all over.

I have a homelab/studio with many computers, electronics, network appliances, and synthesizers. I discovered Deoxit about 15 years ago… I used to just get the spray bottle which worked like magic on data and power connections that are fouled or inconsistent. I now buy this concentrate and use it with a small brush to apply to contacts and connections that need improvement then I clear it with 91% Isopropyl Alcohol. Using Deoxit I was able to get a very long eSATA cable to work by reducing the resistance. eSATA is a nested subset of SATA and the micro voltage signaling is a very slight difference That leads to eSATA cables 6 feet + unable to signal in the affirmative to the Logical Disk Manager that there is a working disk at the other end. It is a tiny tube but it is better than gold and remedies many connectivity and power supply issues.

I’ve used this 100% liquid for over 15 years with every satisfaction, while applying it very sparingly. This small size tube is a great introductory/spare size, as it lets you try it out for less than the >$35 cost of the next larger size, and is great for carrying in your electric/electronic tool pouch, glove compartment, or motorcycle tool kit. It joins Kroil on my ‘must have’ list.

used on an old battery operated clock mechanism - worked like a gem. clock works fine now.

The crossfader on the old Rane TTM57SL mixer was replaced with an Innofader Pro2 awhile back. The crossfader was giving me a squeak like dry metal rubbing metal type of sound. I checked the website to see what type of cleaner and lube I needed for the Innofader and they specified that it had to be the exact same product as what came with it. This is the identical product.It's a small bottle, but very little goes a very long way. Just apply a drop or 2 to the top and lower rails, move the fader back and forth to work it in and your done.Our turntable rig is in a professional recording studio. I don't think this is the right product for our hybrid mixing console, but I'm impressed enough to try out their FaderLube after using this.Great price, easy to apply, you get enough to last a long time... No reason to complain.
