Otherwise overall its a good thorough guide and well-priced
I was looking for a starters book on understanding chakras and related Yoga asanas. Some of the reviews gave me an impression that this is a starters manual. But I feel its quiet a detailed book and whole in its own. It can become bit exhausting if you were looking for basic information. Otherwise overall its a good thorough guide and well-priced.
