User
Very good product.
Anjali products are always best for kitchen ware. As usual we placed order as repeated one after using earlier one for two decades.

Quality
I have used Anjali copper long time back too. That quality was too goodThis one has one third thickness of previous one. Design is betterBut it is sad that company has compromised with quality so it can loose charm
User
It's really fantastic, as the name suggests
I have been using one for last 30 years!!!! It's really long lasting and value for money. As the spring broke, i bought a new one. Although the quality of the blade of the older one was very good, i didn't sharpen it for first 10 years, but the new one lost its sharpness in 6 months.

The blade is not shaped correctly
The blade is not straight. Blade does not touch the board on all points. Lifts up at one end. Pointless to try to chop with a badly shaped blade. Never buy this.
