Just what I needed!
I have always struggled with having a stuffy nose at night, and it got so bad at one point that I decided I needed some sort of a solution. For about a year I used nose dialators to help me breathe at night when I sleep, but those would often fall out at night, and irritate my nose... so I tried looking up a better solution. I found these nose strips after searching for a while. I decided to give them a chance, and I'm so glad that I did!! I'm never going back to nose dialators, these are exactly what I needed. These nose strips open up my nose really well (I have a larger nose/bridge so I get the large size), and I can notice a big difference when I wear them vs am not wearing them. I can breathe great when I'm sleeping, and I haven't had a problem with them yet. The ONLY thing I can say is that I'll occasionally get a small breakout under the nose strip, but I just put a small piece of tissue paper under the strip where the breakout is so the nose strip doesn't irritate it more when I wear it/take it off. So far that has worked pretty well for me. Also, I just try to be really careful taking them off in the morning so I don't hurt the skin on my nose. If you rip it off I imagine it would hurt a lot and do a little bit of damage 😬 so just be careful and also make sure to take good care of your skin in that area.Overall I'm very satisfied with these. They stay on all night (I wash my face before bed) and they help me breathe a lot better.

Works Well
Much more comfortable and effective then more popular brands you find in the store.

IMO better than Breathe Right
These are stronger and stick better than name brand and much cheaper. One star deducted, they leave a little adhesive on your nose. Use with care, they can take the hide off you due to superior adhesion.

Improved sleep and cardio performance
Without nasal strips, I occasionally snore if I’m in certain positions while sleeping. With these nasal strips, my wife says she hasn’t heard a peep. It’s an immediate difference once I put one of these on. My nasal passages open up and I can easily take full breaths through both nostrils.I’ve not had the issue reported by others about having these rip/tear the skin on their nose. This is probably different for everyone depending on your skin’s sensitivity.I’ve even started wearing these strips for long runs and they significantly improve my performance by allowing me to breath through my nose for a longer period of time/at a higher heart rate.

Inferior to Breathe Right strips.
I can wear Breathe Right strips without having them irritate my skin, but these Clear Passage strips irritate my skin even though they are supposed to be for "sensitive skin". Another problem I have with these Clear Passage strips is that they are not easy to get out of the wrapper. Breathe Right strips have an easy open wrapper that has two tabs that you simply pull apart. These Clear Passage strips are not easy to open because there is nothing to get ahold of. You have to rip and tear at the wrapper in order to just get it out. There are no tabs or anything else to make it easy to get them out of the individual wrappers. They are about equal to the Breathe Right strips as far as opening up my nasal passages, but I don't like them for the reasons mentioned. I'm pretty sure I won't buy them again because they are inferior to the Breathe Right strips.

Wish I'd Tried Sooner
I have a deviated septum and nose strips help some. I've been using the #1 national brand for over 20 years. I tried a couple store brands, but they didn't perform well. The #1 brand recently made some changes to their product and the new model didn't work as well for me. I decided to try an alternative available on Amazon...Clear Passage. They're darn near perfect. Hold firm, but are comfortable. Easy and painless to remove and leave virtually no adhesive residue. They're also less expensive than the #1 brand. Great product.

Almost 40 years living and I just found out
So I guess this is what breathing feels like. I'm shocked honestly, this is what everyone else experiences normally? This is honestly a life changing realization. I woke up this morning, mouth not dry, no drool on my face, extremely well rested.. I mean honestly I would have paid the price just for that one night's sleep. Yes, they work that well.I have somewhat oily skin and after a quick wash they stuck with no issue. And uhh here I am the next day writing this with the same one stuck to my nose because I don't want it to end. Thankfully for me the adhesive shows no sign of coming loose.I guess I'll be talking to my doctor about having surgery now. Lifelong deviated/narrow septum owner here. The only downside is me wishing I had found this out much, much sooner.Do not hesitate to buy these. The feeling of fresh air flowing into your face unobstructed is priceless.*Note this is not the first time I've tried a product like this. These are just the first ones that actually worked.

Good strip, works great, but adhesive is too strong – eventually made my nose red and blotchy
I really wanted to love these nasal strips because the price is lower than BreatheRight. The design is great, the fit is good, but the adhesive is too strong – after 4 or 5 days of use, my nose is getting more red, blotchy and sore every day. I have to peel the strip off in the shower using the hot water and steam to help it peel off, otherwise my nose would look even worse. The BreathRight large clear strips for sensitive skin are the only strips that stick all night, but peel off gently without damaging your nose – so I guess I’ll bite the bullet and pay the big bucks.
