Looks good. Install is a little tricky. It's a little harder to get the shaft perfectly centered than I thought it would be. Doable though. Take your time, don't over tighten, you'll snap the shaft (according to other reviews).

First off their cheap plastic, hollow, nothing to them. They're supposed to be bike specific which is why I bought them. Unfortunately the rod was almost 1/4" too long and the threaded portion was too short. Besides cutting the rod so it wouldn't stick out like a $20. piece of jap junk I had to put washers on both ends so it would fit.
