Well kippers, haven't had them for ages so took a punt. Did like them, not very strong taste, meaty, no prob with bones. I would mention that after microwave cooking per instructions, the middle of the 'cluster' was not quite cooked so needed extra minute and without bag because they were on the plate already. The extra bare microwaving didn't seem to dry them out too much. Would suggest checking they are heated all the way thru before scoffing them up. Good value quick breakfast-snack-meal.

Slightly Dry but Flavoursome Frozen Kippers
So first things first these were delivered to me, a frozen product with one day shelf life left on the use by date. Amazon as normal rectified the problem but can't believe that someone thought suitable to pack them for delivery with one day left.So not wanting to waste the product obviously I used them and they were pretty decent, slightly drier than other fresh versions I've had in the past and not so much butter (possibly a good thing). Nice mid strength smokey flavour as you would expect but nothing complex or different to set them apart. Overall though a good, well priced source of flavoursome protein, great to set you up for the day with a round or two of buttered toast.
