I am an italian abroad. for my dermatitis i use italian topic solution called locoidon (idrocortisone butirrato). is this hydrocortisone butyrate?

Yes, I am a pharmacist, I double checked, they are the same medication.

None of them came with safely tamper seals. Are they supposed to have tamper seals on

Mine also came without a safety seal

Can this be used for around the mouth area? Above the lips.

Im not a doctor, but as long as it isnt used internally I dont see why you cant. It can be used for diaper rash and vaginal itch, so safe on those delicate areas externally.

Can I use this product for my 6 months baby ?

Yes, if recommended by your pediatrician. It is often recommended for babies and infants with eczema or dermatitis. It can be applied twice a day directly to the red patches- on the face up to one week, and on the body for up to 2 weeks.
