This cable allows you to connect rear view cameras in cars with OEM multimedia system of 5th generation 5GEN. The device is connected to the 40 pin socket (marked red on the picture). Note! Power of the additional rear view camera should be taken from the ACC line (first key turn), otherwise the camera input will not be active. Depending on the type of camera (more specifically, on the voltage required for work) +6 V output voltage of the monitor may be used. If the camera requires more than +6 V it should be connected to the ACC line. Note! In some cases the head unit may not have a REVERSE wire. If that's the case, you need to extend the wire from the +12 V tailgate lamp as the cable will not work otherwise.
