Steering wheel, amp and subwoofer work perfectly with aftermarket radio. Recommend solder and heat shrink, not butt connectors. Totally worth the money to retain factory options.

Si lo que quieres es una instalacion plug and play sin la necesidad de cortar o puentear cables poniendo en riesgo el sistema electrico de tu auto estos arneses son una excelente solucion.Este arnes es una excelente solucion si lo que deseas es mantener los controles al volante sin perder ninguna caracteristica de fabrica de tu auto, ya viene programada y en caso de que no haga sincronizacion se puede reprogramar muy facil.Cada modelos de arnes esta especificado para ciertas marcar, modelos y años de autos. Verifiquen antes de comprar.Recomendado!!!

i hired a ex radio shack stereo installer of 20 yrs..he couldnt get the stereo and all its components to work with the Ford Freestar steering wheel controls. so i returned this.and threw the other parts away and re rdered mount kit and wiring to mount it in a chev pickup with no steering controls or dvd player.

This wire harness is perfect. After carefully reading the instructions and even contacting CRUX support I was confident prior to installing. I am using a different head unit than one of the specified on their instructions. So when I contacted CRUX they advised me on how to proceed. I still have wheel controls on my 2006 Expedition and the installation was super simple.. The wire harness has all copper wiring and is nice and durable gauge of cable. I am really happy with this purchase and will look to CRUX for any of my future needs even if the cost is a bit more.
