BOS Genuine Aluminum Christmas Tree

Purchased the Aluminum Tree as it is a reminder of Christmas pasts. My earliest Christmas memory is of the tree that my grandmother had. When I received the tree the middle posts holes were either not drilled properly or the branch just would not stay in the hole. Talk to a person in customer service and they shipped a new one out and received within days. Thanks so much for that. However I do not think that the tree is worth the money. Also purchased the color wheel. No matter where we place the wheel it only lights up a small portion of the tree at a time. My husband is going to try and make a different center post so that the branches stay in the post.Would not recommend purchasing.

The tree was 3 branches short. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent 4, packaged snug and secure. Thank you so much for the quick help. The tree brings back great childhood memories!

I purchased the tree because I have the one from my childhood. The post was spray painted silver and the the paint came off on my hands everytime I touched it. The holes for the limbs must have been drilled before the post was painted because we had to redrill about half of them. With effort this would have been worth the cost but it was sloppily done.

I really like the tree, although I am disappointed with the quality. The tree is very fragile, at times when it spins it gets stuck in a motion and it appears as if it is going to fall, also some of the branches did not fit properly, we ended up making adjustments to one of the branches so it would actually stay on the tree.

It's not as finished a product as I expected. The central post is wooden dowling spray painted silver, which comes off on your hands when you put the two together. My hands got totally chewed up putting the tree branches into the dowling. Should have worn gloves. No instructions in the box. It looks good from a distance though.

Like many other reviewers, we had to get an electric drill and widen the holes for the branches to fit. Very cheap construction. looks shoddier in person than in the photo. We will probably just use the tree for one year and then toss it. IT IS NOT WORTH WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING..

Two poles that attach don’t stand straight. Not a very tight fit. Wood is very fragile, and some holes aren’t drilled quite right resulting in wood chipping when inserting branches

The tree looks great when all together but was disappointed that the pole was made of wood and the holes we not drilled very well for the branches. We ended up with many cut on our hands trying to get branches in- there has to be a better way!
