I’m really impressed with this book safe. The quality is great and it blends right in with the rest of my books so it looks realistic on the shelf. Unless you knew it was there, you would never guess it is actually a lock box.The storage space inside is larger than I expected and holds plenty of items such as cash, cards, jewelry, or small documents. It is lightweight and portable so it works just as well for traveling as it does for keeping valuables safe at home.The lock and keys work smoothly and the safe itself feels durable enough for regular use. For the price, it offers excellent value and gives real peace of mind. I have been using mine to stash both important items and a few fun ones and it has been perfect for both.If you are looking for a functional, affordable, and discreet hiding spot this one really does the job. I would rate it 10 out of 5 stars if I could.

Great little lock box perfect for what I need nice and sturdy and secure

This book / Safe is even better than I thought it would be..I got the Dictionary one..The outside cover looks real and even feels real. The inside safe is metal ..It is everthing I hoped for..

nice little stash safe. No interior lining though ( as you reposition the 'book' anything inside and not snug will rattle as it clings and clangs the entire metal enclosure. Also the key does come out of the keyhole while the book is unlocked. Which can lead to an unlockable stash-safe if you happen to lose both keys as I already have somehow).I also took a light brown/tan sharpie and coated the white sides of the book. Which created a more realistic appearance from afar and up-close. Mainly because I have daily opened and closed this book-safe and with more than 'normal' wear and tare the cover of the safe started to show signs of wear and tare as one would expect a dictionary to do. With that usage the outer brite white and new looking 'pages' looked abnormal to me.You could place a small-mid sized hand gun inside but not a .357 ( unless it was a short snub, then maybe). The actual storage dimensions are roughly 8" long x 6" wide x 2 1/2" deep ( can't find my tape measure to verify at this moment but that shold be a fairly close estimate) and the safe itself is roughly 9" long x 7" wide x 3" deep best guess.The stash safe can be opened semi-easy if stolen or lose of your key/s by removal of the top and bottom plastic white outer covering ( made to look like paper ) and tapping out the metal hinge ( like a metal door hinge, except smaller, longer, and exposed to the outside of the safe instead of sealed on the inner 'secured' side.

Small safe works well

Owned this a few month and the glue that holds the outside casing to the safe came undone. I’ve only opened it maybe 10 times and didn’t expect the case to come and the safe stay. Disappointing.
