I have a very picky eater chihuahua. I've known for a while that my almost 9 year old fatty needed glucosamine and chondroitin but after tying lots of supplements I had given up. But, my girl is starting to wobble so I tried this product expecting it to fail her taste buds. I broke the tablet up into pieces and put a small piece into her mouth. It melted so quickly it only took a couple of trys to get her to taste it. I'm still breaking the tablet up into quarters and giving it to her through out the day, BUT, I'm so happy she's eating it like a treat and not fighting me to spit it out... Needless to say, I hope all the rave reviews are true and it helps my aging chihuahua.

the smell was really bad and the pills were really orange and weird looking . not like normal and they won't let me return. my dogs won't even eat them and my dogs normally like the pills

I purchased these supplements for my dog along with the joint supplement. He is a 13 year old pitbull mix and from the way he was walking and moving, we were looking into putting him down in the next year or so. He could barely get up, his hip kept dislocating, he was walking sideways, and would whimper when he layed down or got up. We did not see him going another year like this. We decided to buy these supplements for 1 year now and we have seen a complete turn around. Our 13 year old dog is happy. His hips look straight and does not appear to be in any pain. He actually jumps on the couch, which he hasn't done in years. He runs around like he was a pup. No more whimpering, no more hip dislocation, no more walking crooked. We saw a difference about 2 weeks into the supplements. He seems more happy and now we pray he will be with us for a couple more years.

Probably the best supplement I've tried for my dog. She is a 7 year old black lab, and my Guide Dog. On duty, she has to lay on a lot of hard concrete floors, or walk on them, and off duty she loves to play vigorous fetch and run and play and swim in the local stream. She runs 110% full out and screeches to a stop, twisting and turning. Afterwards, after a nap, she is usually quite stiff and sometimes a little limpy for the first few steps. Since giving her this supplement all of that has almost completely gone away. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because I have to give her 3 or more tablets for a dose. I wish they were more concentrated, and a bigger bottle. I can't afford to give her these every day for maintenance. I really like giving her something daily to help with regular wear and tear of a service dog and to prevent old age problems as long as possible.

I had this product before but due to finances I wasn’t able to reorder them but as far as I remember these supplements work wonder. But just like with humans every dog will react different to it. My dog has mobility problem and lost the strength in her rear legs. Well we are back on it. Ordered it about two weeks and about to order another bottle So I have a backup at home just in case. I follow the instructions on the back. I’m giving her 4 pills a day for the first 4 weeks (we are in week 2) and then decrease it to two a day. I’m not too sure but I believe I see some improvement in her mobility and strengths of the her rear legs. She does hate these pills. I tried wrapping them in cheese ending up in her spitting it back out, crushed them and mixed it into her food which ended up her not eating etc.. I now cut the pills into 4 pieces and put peanut butter on each piece and that works wonderful. I’m also ordering the “joint support” kind to give in addition to this supplement. Will write an update in the next 2-3 weeks Great product and definitely recommend it!!!

My dog turned his nose up at these. I diluted them in chicken broth. Sure they work fine, we switched to the pump/liquid version.

After trying numerous supplements and not seeing any improvement, I searched and searched for a supplement with all the essential ingredients to help manage my dogs arthritis and hip dysplasia. I read hundreds of reviews, read hundreds of labels, talked to numerous vets, tried about a dozen supplements and saw no change. Cost wasn't an issue, we were on the top dog supplements for 4 months. I always gave each supplement at least 2 months but still no change. Finally, this had all the ingredients I wanted in his supplement, with the right mg of each and I was so hopeful. We have now been using these for almost 5 months and I swear they have helped my very advanced arthritic and hip dysplasia dog who also has undergo TPLO. No supplement alone is going to be some magic drug and your dog acting like a puppy again, sadly I think people get so hopeful, they over exaggerate in optimism. Realistically, nothing will do that but this definitely helps. He has less bad days, more good. He definitely needs less CBD now. I give this to all 4 of my dogs, my other 3 as a preventative. They all take them as treats but honestly my dogs aren't very picky so I can't speak much to taste. I'd say you could always crush and mix in food though. I'll be giving some to my mom to try with her dogs who are EXTREMELY picky and will update with their taste test results!
