Q: After connecting SensorPro, which sensor does GGS use for temperature and humidity?

GGS still uses its built-in sensor for temperature and humidity. SensorPro only reads PPFD. For accurate data, unplug the old probe and keep only SensorPro connected.

Q: Why does SensorPro show 0 or “--” after connection?

"0" means the white ring is covered—remove the cap. “--” means the sensor isn't connected properly. Use the RJ12 port at the bottom to connect to the controller.

Q: Can I use both SensorPro and the original temp/humidity probe together?

Not recommended. Please unplug the original probe and only use SensorPro to avoid reading conflicts or incorrect data display.

Q: Does the placement of SensorPro affect its readings?

Yes. For accurate PPFD and climate readings, hang SensorPro at canopy level, away from grow lights, fans, or reflective walls.

Q: Why does the CO₂ reading show an abnormal value (e.g., 64000 ppm)?

This issue is caused by a connection error between the old and new firmware versions. Please update the SF app to the latest version to resolve the problem.
